When will I receive my order?

Shipping takes between 10 and 40 days, depending on where you are in the world. We ship globally and the time is dependent on the customs and import abilities of your country of residence. Please note that during the holidays shipping times may be impacted so it is wise to contact the carrier directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Below are average shipping times based on region:

USA: Between 10 - 30 days average 

CanadaBetween 20 - 30 days average

EuropeBetween 20 - 40 days average

AustraliaBetween 20 - 40 days average

All OthersBetween 30 - 50 days average 

I only received part of my order.

We ship from multiple locations so orders will sometimes arrive in separate packages. Please contact us and we will get back to you right away with the status of your order.

Extended Shipping Times & Tracking Info:

Due to the national holidays of some of our suppliers, there may be a delay in shipping with orders placed between January 21st - February 7th. If your shipment is taking longer than expected to arrive, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to resolve any issues you may have.


Shipping carriers are often very slow in updating their tracking numbers, so if you haven't received anything in a week, please check your email confirmation to ensure the shipping address is correct. If it isn't, please contact us with your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


If your order was damaged or not as expected, we can swap it out for a new one or process a return for a refund. Just snap a photo of the issue, send it to us, and we'll get it sorted out ASAP.

If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not applicable for refunds. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment ASAP!


Order doesn't fit? Just let us know and we'll swap it out! contact us and we'll get you set up with a new one as long as you send back the old one to us.
